problem removing something off my main page

Hey everyone, I have a problem, first off my site address is www.estateanddesigner.com , the problem I am having is that there is an image with a link that says free shipping on items over 150$ I want to either remove that off my page or find out how to edit the page that it goes to. I am not sure how to do this. I am using a template that i bought from template shop. Thanks for any help.

You should be able to edit it from your: includes/sts_template.html

if its a type of image file

I don't see that file, I should also say i am using cre loaded. I am not sure if this makes a difference
