Reviews and broken itself.

For some reason the review system has broken itself :angry:

 

It doesn't seem to input the review information, i.e reviewer, review and rating, into the database from the customer review page. So i had the bright idea of installing the "Complete review system" contrib hoping that would fix it... The error message went away (whooo!) but no the problem was still there, no information was being sent the db. But the thing is that the reviews can be submitted from the admin board with no errors or problems.

 

I aint' a programmer so theres no chance in me being able to work out whats wrong with the code, if anything.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Just to add abit more info the error message am getting is:

Just searching this site as well for help on review systems. There seems to be an amazing lack of interest in this topic here. The 'Complete Reviews System' contribution I find completely useless as it is totally lacking any kind of documentation.

 

I fiddled around myself a bit and installed 'Better Product Review Flow' and 'Allow Guest Reviews' and did a bit more tidying up. This caters for my most urgent needs but certainly a well documented Reviews Contrib from one of the wizards out here would surely be much appreciated
