New installation

Hi Everyone again, ( sorry)

I am currently in the process of a new installation, however, I am unable to connect to my QSL database I think the Database name and server are correct (I have connection strings if that helps aswell) but when I try to connect I get either That I don't have access to the server or that I have a syntax error. Any advise would be most welcome.

Many people run into a problem on shared servers, this is worth a try.

Example:

If your database name is "osc" and your hosting username is "joe123", try using "joe123_osc" as your database name. Same goes for the username, but the password is just the password.
