One of my payment types are Monthly Instalments, that picks the total order amount and calculate it is 5 monthly payments. What I need to do is: - When someone pick this payment option (monthly instalment) the system need to check the order amount and: - IF the order amount is lower then 3.000,00 then proceed to checkout confirmation, exactly as it works today or - IF the order amount is bigger then 3.000,00 then I need an extra page to be displayed, where the costumer must input the following data in some input fields: 02 friends phone: 02 stores where you buy phone: your main bank phone: A "proceed" button and a "clean" button... Then, when this data is sucessfuly add the costumer may proceed to checkout confirmation page. This data should be saved with the order, as if its a normal information, that the store admin will receive with the e-mail alerting of a new sale. Thanks.
