The OP is selling OSC templates and wants to know if using the logo is appropriate. I guess he/she doesn't say how exactly the logo would be used, but I get the impression that the logo would be related to the templates being sold rather than the software the store is running on. If it's supposed to be related to the templates (ie included in the product_info and not in the store footer) then the policy clearly states he/she cannot use the logo. Then you're wanting to use the logo in the distribution of modified OSC code, which is not allowed by the trademark policy.
