HOH Posted August 23, 2006 Posted August 23, 2006 Hello, I hope there is someone somewhere who ..can help me.... i have this problem: Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/mydomain.com/public_html/mydomainn.com/catalog/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file. I uploaded a template for a shop with FTP .. so far no problems... but now i am getting this warning. I dont have a clue how to solve this... is there anyone who can help me out (in small steps) what i can do about it? Thank you very much.

Again I'm no expert but this is a feature straight out of the box I believe. You need to change the file permissions for the configure.php file. I used my ftp utility to change the permisions. I changed mine to 400 and have had no problems. You can also find info on this issue in the user documentation for OSC. Hope this helps a little
