Tamara Lester Posted August 23, 2006 Share Posted August 23, 2006 I've looked and looked for a solution to this for a couple of weeks, and have tried everything I can and still come up with the same problem. I am not a programmer, so I don't know where to begin, but I think this is what is happening. The order goes to Verisign, gets charged, and posts back to the checkout_process.php page, but the info isn't updated in the database that there was an order, and the items still appear in the basket. Is the session not going to Verisign? when I type the session ID into the return address from verisign, it does clear the basket and logs the order in the database.
