How do I stop displaying Privacy Notice?

Hello All!

 

On my website, in the Information section, it displays "Shipping and Returns, Privacy Notice, Conditions of Use, and Contact Us.

 

I really do not need the Privacy Notice to be displayed in this section, and would just like the other 3 options to show.

 

What and how do i need to edit to stop Privacy Notice from showing?

If you use a PHP editior make a search through all your PHP files for the word 'Privacy Notice'. On my store this information is stored in catalog/includes/footer.php.
