Database unable to connect!!

I've just upgraded my server from php4 and mysql 4 into php5 and mysql 5, but why I get this error when I access to my website Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'ajbscom'@'localhost' (using password: NO) in /home/ajbscom/public_html/includes/functions/database.php on line 20

can somebody help me to fix the problem, because I keep fixing it but still having an error. Please let me know the script if I have to add them and where do I have to put those scripts to fix my oscommerce.

Have you checked the database details in catalog/includes/configuration.php also catalog/admin/includes/configuration.php

 

(using password: NO) Your database should be password protected, if it is then ensure this password is entered into both configuration files.
