Customer can't login or retrieve their passwords

Hi All

 

I am hoping someone can help with this challenge.

 

Our hosting company recently moved our account, and caused some settings to go seriously weird. Now I have the shop displaying on the screen, but old customers cannot retrieve their password, and new customers are not being registered.

 

I have checked for other posts on this issue, but haven't found any yet.
