Suggestion for "Free Shipping w/ Minimum Amount"

I like this Contribution, works well, not hard to install.. :thumbsup:

 

I have a suggestion though......

 

For instance, you have an oversized item to ship, the cost is over the "Minimum

Amount", but don't want to allow Free Shipping on oversized items because of

the extra shipping charges.

 

I think it would be a great idea to be able to turn this off on a per item basis, other

than those items on special.

 

So, what do you think?!
