Altering size of product pictures

hi all i must thank everyone who helped with the niggly points if my website which is www.unbeatablehosting.com/dvdstore/

i have one more problem though, if you look on my website you will see that the pictures of the dvd's are scretched. how do i rectify this problem :D

Admin -> Canfiguration -> Images -> Small Image Width, Small Image Height.

Altering those values will change the size of the images on the products page and on the front page.
