A warning error with "open_basedir restriction"

Hello everybody,

 

I am working on a oscommerce website for a friend, and I have this error message :

 

Warning: session_save_path(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp) is not within the allowed path(s): (/www/data.users/fr/t/r/france-import-export.fr) in /www/data.users/fr/t/r/france-import-export.fr/www/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 148

 

The /tmp folder is exactly at "/www/data.users/fr/t/r/france-import-export.fr/tmp/" and i didn't find neither how to set it up, nor the same error on the forum with the search tool (a lot near the same, but none with "/tmp"), so I think I can ask.
