remove spanish and german options

i would like to completely remove every option for both spanish and german in my catalog as well as in my admin panel, does anyone know how i could do this?

Removing Spanish is Muy Facil, and getting rid of German is Sehr Einfach.

 

 

From Admin, goto Localization then Languages. You'll see English, Spanish and German. Highlight Spanish, and click Delete. Same with German.
