Why Me - The postage has gone Bananas in Paypal

ARGGGGH,

I changed the table rate for postage and it is correct. However all my postage comes out at ?1.99 when one confirms the order and the paypal cart appears. The table rate on the confirmation page on the OS commerse cart works fine and shows the correct postage for the item but when I transfer to Paypal it just shows the postage rate as ?1.99..... Please help

I havent got enough Hair left to pull any out
