Guest Posted August 22, 2006 Posted August 22, 2006 Ok... I have a customer running OSC and out of the blue is starting to mix up customer data when making an order. Basically what it looks like is this: John Doe is a customer with an order. He's paid in full, we've shipped, all is happy. Jane Doe comes along, places and order... she pays, but in the system, somehow, John Doe shows as the order maker, with all of Jane Does information listed in the Ship To fields. Basically we have no customer data for Jane other her shipping address because her information doesn't get saved. and or orders page shows John's information in the customer_name field. If I search for Jane as a customer... she doesn't exist. Any help would be much appreciated.
