Registration Issues :-)

I've found a bug in my client's store that i can't for the life of me to figure out... and hopefully someone might have some in-sight into what's going on here... My client's page is www.silverfoxwire.com when you go to create a account with them if you put california for state... u get an error... and then it give's you a drop down box to select a state... Please select a state from the States pull down menu.

2 california's show and weather you select one or the other it doesn't work... i get the same error :-\ if you need anymore information please let me know. :-) THANK YOU
