Guest Posted August 22, 2006 Posted August 22, 2006 Here maybe a little strange. I have processed a few orders through the online shop. (www.modelexperts.co.uk) and although the customer is there and the payment goes through and the emails are all sent. The order does not show within the admin area of the customers area. But if in the admin area I search for the order by order num it appears and I can update it, then it shows in the admin area and in the customers area. Prior to doing this I had negative page numbers for the orders. Anybody have any ideas. It is really a standard install of osCommerce with the barclays epdq setup configured. And this all works and returns to the shop correctly. Im confused.

I also have an installation of osCommRes and it does the same thing. These two installations are on separate systems, but are having the same problems. They have not come up with a solution yet either. Any ideas??? Thanks...Jake
Guest Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 try checking what order status you have set for epdq as a successful transaction ;) If you have a status set for successfull that isnt listed as a normal status setup within the admin gui in Localisation->Order Status list then it wont show up as an order
