DocStore Posted August 22, 2006 Share Posted August 22, 2006 There is no notification from my store when a customer completes their payment with pay pal. The redirect from pay pal to the shopping cart, I believe, is set up correctly. But there is intermittent notification from OSC. This makes it very, very hard to understand what the customer is buying, especially if they are ordering multiple products. Check this out; what I've had to do is make everything in my store a different price, so when the IPN comes from PP I can usually deduce what product was ordered. But this means there is no inventory deduction from my shelves, because the store doesn't recognize the sale. What?s going on here???? Please help me, anyone, this has been going on for 4 months now with no advice from my people. I'm out here all alone and need some guidance.
