State to County or Zip Code to Post Code

This has probably been covered many times before, but I can't find it anywhere.

 

I would like to change the address text when an account is opened, like changing State to County or Zip Code to Post Code etc especially as most of the business for the site is going to be from the UK.

It looks like stuff like that can be changed in \includes\languages\english.php
