Guest Posted August 22, 2006 Share Posted August 22, 2006 Hello, I found out that MoneyBookers just changed their withdraw policy (you can view it here: http://www.moneybookers.com/app/help.pl?s=fees) without telling to their customers a word!!! For some countries there in now way to *withdraw* the money! So you are able to receive but you aren't able to withdraw the money if you want! I think that this is a veeery bad practice and the MoneyBookers users have to be warned! I mention that their customer care service (by email or by phone) is as bad as is their practice (they don't reply to e-mails and on phone they use to keep customers on hold until... the call gets interrupted).
