Contact Us Form Acting Strange-Only sends once

Ok, this is kind of hard to follow, so I will try and make it as clear as possible.

 

My contact us form starting acting very strange. This started well after I installed any mods so I can't imagine what they would have to do with it.

 

If noticed that one day when I tried to use the contact us form, the email was never received. I had made no changes and couldn't figure out the problem.

 

Tonight I was fiddling with it again and noticed something odd. It worked the first time I tried it, but when I tried to send a second email from there, nothing was delivered.

 

Now, if I go into the admin section and change a setting, (any setting), such as email address, or cache on/off, etc, and then go back to the contact us form, it works. Only once. Then if I change the email or setting back in admin, it works again. Only once again.

 

Is there any file that allows only one email to be sent with contact us and is not "resetting" itself? Any other ideas? Changing admin settings seem to refresh something that allows the form to work again.

 

It is also important to note that tell a friend, and email from admin work FINE. I think they all use the same files so that may help.

P.S. The only mod I have installed for email is phpMailer4osC_v1 . But as I said before , this was installed a while ago and did not cause any problems.
