Annie Dragon
I'm having issues when I try to update customer information. I get the below error messages & the edit form comes up blank. Warning: reset(): Passed variable is not an array or object in /home/mysite/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/classes/object_info.php on line 17 Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /home/mysite/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/classes/object_info.php on line 18 Has anyone had this problem? I have re-installed both customers.php & object_info.php, but no luck. I've been trying to root out the cause without success. Could this be with the database? Any insight is appreciated. Thanks Annie o:) It's not a learning curve, it's a cliff!
Annie Dragon
Ok, still having issues, but have worked more to find out what is not causing the problem. :) The only mod that caused any changes in that region was Held Orders. That just added a link to the customers box & isn't an issue. When I have catalog/admin/customers.php open and select "Edit" from the customer info box on the right, then I have a problem. "Delete", "Orders", and "Email" are all working fine. admin/customers.php and admin/includes/classes/object_info.php are both stock installation. My server is running PHP version 4.4.2. I don't think that I've made any changes to the customers table in the database, but I still need to check on that. (I'm on MySQL 4.1.19-standard). Any suggestions? This is just driving me nuts! I screwed up somewhere & I did such a lovely job that I can't find it! Thanks! Annie It's not a learning curve, it's a cliff! Annie Dragon
 Found my problem! Posting it here in case someone else pulls my stunt. I had two installs of OSC on my server: my production site and the one that I was upgrading and modifying. I also had two databases. What happened was when I switched the upgrade over to production, I accidently left the backend connected to the wrong database. I found this when I was checking test orders to make sure that I didn't have any other issues. Everything's back and working fine. Chock this one up for experience! :P Annie It's not a learning curve, it's a cliff!
