Code in Contact emails

Hello all! I've looked through forums for a possible solution but wasn't able to come up with anything. My contact page works, emails get sent jsut fine. The only annoying thing what I get on the other end. Below is a copy of a email I receive from my Contact Us page. It's putting code into the email along with the everythig else. Is there a way to elimate this to just the bolded part? TIA
