Errors: Session_start/output already sent sessions.php line 97

I get these errors on top of page when loaded for veiw cart or contact us

 

Veiw Cart & Contact Us

 

I've checked all the related files and even replaced shopping _cart.php,, Any suggestions ? I'm stuck !
