spax Posted August 21, 2006 Posted August 21, 2006 Before you do anything, go to your admin and make a fresh backup of your database. In phpmyadmin, click on the import tag, navigate to the .sql file and hit go. Then all should be good.
Guest Posted August 21, 2006 Posted August 21, 2006 been on to myphpadmin but how do i run the file on it Hi you can run the sql file by copy and past in phpadmin click the sql button a form will open then Open the sql file from your contribution in notepad highlight all the txt and the past into the sql form of phpadmin and click run and thats it. Rember please please rember backup database always before editing. hope this helps PC Giant
