I need to set up a shipping tariff as follows:

 

This is just for UK customers - so no complicated foreign tariffs needed.

 

All orders UNDER ?75 - shipping ?3.95

All orders OVER ?75 - Shipping Free

 

This much I can do....but... :(

 

I also need to add a Priority option which costs ?5 and guarantees next-day delivery

 

So All orders UNDER ?75 - with Priority Shipping costs ?8.95 (?3.95 + ?5.00 Priority)

All orders OVER ?75 - with Priority Shipping costs ?5.00 (?0 + ?5.00 Priority)

 

This seems so easy - but I can't figure out what modules or zones or add-ins I need to make it work!
