Making a photo gallery with a popup image?

I want to make a photo gallery of my customers and their photos of my product..........I've got the page ready to go but am wondering how I could make a page using the popup.php stuff. What I'm really looking is some sort of template that I can just keep adding more and more images.

Where do I get the css code to install it, some have it others don't. Do I have to email the site operator for permission for this particular one?
