mcharles13 Posted August 21, 2006 Share Posted August 21, 2006 Hello all. Newbie oscommerce user here. I've setup and have been using oscommerce succesfully for about a month. Within the past 2 days when customers place their order it does not show up in the orders section and i dont get email notification. I only thought sales had slowed down until i realized orders were coming in when the payments kept coming through. What would cause oscommerce to stop processing orders properly? The only thing i've changed is i upgraded my paypal account from regular to premiere so people could use credit cards in addition to paypal payments. I think this might be the factor since the last 2 payments (the ones i missed) were done in this fashion. It was working fine till i upgraded my paypal account. whenever you upgraded your paypal account make sure that the checkout_success.php is set up in the Auto Return.
