warleb Posted August 21, 2006 Share Posted August 21, 2006 Now I have my store installed, SSL enabled and stuff like that. Is there a way to test the security? All the general things are done like configure.php and removal of the install folder etc. But is there more tips and tricks to make it bullet proof. Guest Posted August 21, 2006 Share Posted August 21, 2006 The real world is osCommerce's security test. It is Live on so many thousands of serers that issues have been posted and fixed for years. Make sure you are using the latest version and that you have any patches as mentioned in the forum News and Announcements. Consider moving and/or renaming your admin directory.
