Help! Auto email being sent to customers about coupon..how to turn it off?

Hi everyone,

 

I tried to install the contribution here: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,4135

 

I haven't figured out yet how to use it but I think I got everything uploaded right. Problem is that now my customers are getting an email when they check out that says:

 

Dear [Customer]

 

We welcome you to [store Name]

 

You can now take part in the various services we have to offer you. Some of

these services include:

 

Permanent Cart - Any products added to your online cart remain there until

you remove them, or check them out.

Address Book - We can now deliver your products to another address other

than yours! This is perfect to send birthday gifts direct to the

birthday-person themselves.

Order History - View your history of purchases that you have made with us.

Products Reviews - Share your opinions on products with our other customers.

 

For help with any of our online services, please email the store-owner:

[my email address]

 

Note: This email address was given to us by one of our customers. If you did

not signup to be a member, please send an email to [my email address]

 

Congratulations, to make your first visit to our online shop a more

rewarding experience we are sending you an e-Discount Coupon.

Below are details of the Discount Coupon created just for you

 

To use the coupon enter the redeem code which is during checkout while

making a purchase

 

Aside from the grammar errors, this isn't true! I don't offer a coupon at this time for new customers. Can anyone tell me where to find this so I can shut it off or edit the text? Apparently also, not all customers are receiving it.

 

I looked and looked and couldn't find where to edit it.

Oh, and I don't have the options in the admin-->config-->my store panel where I can enter a gift voucher amount or discount. :(

 

You don't see "Welcome Gift Voucher Amount" and "Welcome Discount Coupon Code"? in Admin>Configuration>My Store
