No Voucher of Discount Coupon in checkout_confirmation.php

I just installed the latest and greatest update for CCGV 5.16, date June 18, 2006. I also updated my database, everything seems to be ok, I am even able to log into the admin side and insert vouchers and gift certificates. I sent my self some of this promotions to ok.

 

The problem is that I do not get any options to use the vouchers/coupons in the check_confirmation.php file. When I redeem a gift voucher it appears in the right Column showing me the balance, but there is no way to use it. The same things goes for buying a voucher, no where to be found in the store.
