bitware
Hello, I am using the PayPal Website Payments Pro module to process credit cards and Paypal Payments. I have a sandbox account set up to test the checkout process. Everything works fine till I get to the confir order page. When I click on confirm order I get the following error: "Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log." I looked at the logs that my web host provides me and they did not show any errors. Here are the last messages in the log that pertain to this: 69.14.191.42 - - [20/Aug/2006:15:23:46 +0000] "GET /catalog/includes/languages/english/images/buttons/button_confirm_order.gif HTTP/1.1" 200 1659 "http://www.bitwaretech.com/catalog/checkout_confirmation.php" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727)" 69.14.191.42 - - [20/Aug/2006:15:23:46 +0000] "GET /catalog/images/table_background_confirmation.gif HTTP/1.1" 200 1238 "http://www.bitwaretech.com/catalog/checkout_confirmation.php" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727)" 69.14.191.42 - - [20/Aug/2006:15:23:51 +0000] "POST /catalog/checkout_process.php HTTP/1.1" 200 545 "http://www.bitwaretech.com/catalog/checkout_confirmation.php" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727)" My site is at www.bitwaretech.com/catalog. bitware
Ok I fixed the crashing issue by reinstalling the module. But now I am having an issue with SSL. I can process orders fine with SSL disabled, but as soon as I enable SSL I get this when I try to process any orders through PayPal: (10509) This transaction cannot be processed. Any ideas? Thanks, DJ
