Tax as an attribute - is this possible?

I have three questions, hopefully simply answered!

1) I have attributes sorter and copier and it is working just fine, although as I sell shoes (amongst other things) that attract VAT in adult sizes but are tax free for kids sizes, so far I have created two separate products but would like to be able to have just the one, available in all sizes, but with certain sizes attracting tax and others not. Is this possible?

2) How/what can I do to spice the whole site up a bit - I've changed colour schemes etc and removed some boxes I don't need, but it still looks a bit drab as far as I'm concerned - any suggestions appreciated! www.happyhorsesupplies.co.uk

3) I have installed Batch Printing without Frames or PDF and when using the print labels option it is supposed to download a file for excel or similar so I can print my labels, what actually happens is that I get an error telling me that I can only have one header as follows:

Warning: Header may not contain more than a single header, new line detected. in d:\InetPub\wwwroot\clientwebspace\www.happyhorsesupplies.co.uk\admin\print_batch_process.php on line 39

Name,Company,StreetAddress,Suburb,City,State,Postcode,Country TEST TEST,,00 Test Road,,Testtown,Testcounty,TE1 1ST,United Kingdom

I've not had much joy with the support thread for the contrib and I'm assuming that as it's suggesting a duplicate header, that I should be looking somewhere in the HTML_output.php file? Any suggestions out there for a similar issue?

Thanks all for any help and direction!!
