get error when customer creates an account

hey guys when i try to create an account this is the error i get.

 

1062 - Duplicate entry '557' for key 1

 

insert into customers_info (customers_info_id, customers_info_number_of_logons, customers_info_date_account_created) values ('557', '0', now())

 

[TEP STOP]

 

it appears after i fill all the address information and click continue button.

 

any help is greatly appreciated
