Design is nice and clean. Are no products for sale on the site? Perhaps just wholesale? Whether on not this site is for online shoppers or wholesalers was not clear to me. I suggest adding a privacy policy, shipping and returns, and a terms and condition page even if this site is geared towards wholesalers. As for the design, I suggest getting rid of the arrow "->" in the categories infobox next to fluorescent. I like the header design as it is clear to the consumer what products are for sale. I would have to agree with ddp, there should be some type of notice on the main page explaining why there is no checkout process.
