Enable/ Disable Shipping and Pay Modules for different customers

Hello alltogether,

 

i am looking for a contribution which handles the following functionaltiy:

 

Imagine you have several customers and some of them havent paid as fast as you wanted them to. Or possible they even didnt pay. So now i as an admin can change their possiblities to order from your backend. For example these customers just can pay cash. I dont want to disable all the payment modules because other customers should have ALL these modules - cause they pay as they should :D

 

Same for shipping...

 

are there any contributions already handling this?

 

i know that a german fork of oscommerce (xtcommerce) can do this..but i searched 2 hours the forum and the contributions but didnt found anything..if theres nothing i try to port it. any suggestions?

Standard feature of Separate Pricing Per Customer (SPPC in osC jargon). But that is also a B2B enhancement of standard osC like that fork seems to be. Hasn't been ported to regular osC as far as I know (but shouldn't be that difficult). I am not aware of any other contributions that do this.
