clectronic Posted August 18, 2006 Share Posted August 18, 2006 I have installed Easypopulate v2.72-MS2 and everything LOOKS good. However, when I go to upload a file I press browse, find my file then press insert to db and then it shows ... File uploaded. Temporary filename: /tmp/phptwgjKf User filename: EP2006Aug18-0303.txt Size: 1018 but that?s it!! ... nothing gets added to my database no values change, no categories are created, no manufacturers are created ... nothing ... so I thought maybe I was doing something wrong with the file that I was uploading so I manually inserted a category and a product I then went back to admin>catalog>easypopulate and clicked on "Download Complete tab-delimited .txt file to edit" the item that I had created was their so I went back to my catalog deleted the category with the new product went back 2 ep and try to upload the same file that I just downloaded. I went to browse on the first tab found the file pressed "insert into db" and same thing came out with a new filename but again nothing happened. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! clectronic Posted August 20, 2006 Author Share Posted August 20, 2006 yeah ... i finally got everthing working now the only problem that i'm having is that ep is not letting me split my file ... i went into my config file and changed the $maxrecs from 300 to 250 but no luck any suggestions??
