So for those of you who bang there head against the wall like I have let me inform you? You have to set the permission of the folder to 777... this is know but how? Let me tell you... I had to call my ISP and sit on hold for 30 min but it is worth it... I have a file management system made by my ISP in there permissions are made... if you don't have anything like that just call your ISP they can set it up for you... Its worth the hassle. I know you think you didn't answer my question, you only dished me onto someone else but I myself did not know that the ISP could do this because, its an OS Commerce thing... but I was wrong.
