Can someone be so kind and look at my website and tell me what I am doing incorrectly??

I am getting the following error:

Warning: error_log(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/log/www/tep/page_parse_time.log) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/sites:/tmp:./:.:..) in /home/sites/site6/web/catalog/includes/application_bottom.php on line 20

 

I have looked this website over, but cannot find a resolution.

By registering a path and a file name with write right in the Admin under ?LOGGING? or switch the LOGGING off, because YOU cannot begin with written the anything.
