Scholar
Hello everyone, this is my first time dealing with osCommerce, but I am quite well versed with computers as I am a website developer, and I have recently acquired a new task to complete an e-commerce website for someone. How do you find the customizability of the open source program?
jasonabc
OSC can be made to look pretty much however you want. The example below is the best reskin of OSC I have ever seen (just to give you an idea of how flexible it really is). The more you want to do to it though - the greater your knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL will need to be. http://f1store.formula1.com/catalog/ Jason My Contributions: Paypal Payflow PRO | Rollover Category Images | Authorize.net Invoice Number Fix
Scholar
Thanks alot for the help, I was wondering though if rather than products as subcategories, do you know if it would be possible to create a little bit of a different setup where you can change products to a totally different topic? Because the person who im contracted to is looking to do something a little bit unique in e-commerce, quite unconventional.
