Payment Modules Won't install after clicking the Install button in the admin section

I've installed the latest version and when I click on the payment modules install buttons, I do not see a section where I can setup my Payment options. Where do I go to set up my payment options?

is there not an edit button in a similar location to the install button? (you need to select the module you want to edit it)
