Please help, trying to figure out how to add a pickup order feature to oscommerce.

Just recently finished a website for a friend that uses oscommerce. The business that he runs is mostly pickup only orders and currently it isn't possible to do that. If anyone knows of a way for me to add this feature please let me know. Thank you
