anchorplastics
Sub-Total amount is incorrect when value reaches ?1000. An additional digit "3" appears. Eg. ?1000 becomes ?13000, ?2087.91 becomes ?23087.91 The amount, however, appears correctly upon payment confirmation but still misleading to customers before they confirm checkout. Can someone pls help? Pls pls... ;)
brianstorm
does it add 3000 if the order total is 10,000 ? if it adds 3000 onto orders over 1000 i'd check carefully through your admin section and look at installed modules, eg taxes, shipping, payment, etc.... if you can't find it have a look at the orders_total table values for an order with the extra 3000 and cf one without - you may find that it is at least separated out & titled in there.... with ten thousand dollars we'll all be millionaires

Hi brianstorm thanks for replying. No, it doesn't add 3000 but it adds the digit "3" to the 4th position regardless of the above-1000 value. More examples: ?12460.00 becomes ?123460.00, ?11920.00 becomes ?113920.00 Thanks again.

JeThRo_dev
Hi, I had the same error but it was adding the digit '2' instead, and the problem is pretty simple, well in my case it was, it is simply the 'thousands point' in your admin panel you can easily change it under localisation/currencies. Hope this help! Jethro
