Online Invoices for in-store purchases? to allow customers to pay online

I am trying to find a way to allow a customer to pay invoices online. For example, if a customer comes to me for repair work, I want to be able to add an invoice for that repair work in their oscommerce login and allow them to pay that invoice through oscommerce. Any ideas?

Ah man, I guess I'll have to build something that is standalone, o well. I keep trying to think of a way to code my own contribution that would do this but I can't think of a way that it will work.

If that is the only function you need try Quickbooks. From Quickbooks you can create an invoice and email it to the person who can pay via a secure site. I am sure most other accounting packages have that feature now.
