Andrew Yuen
I think the scrolling design is very annoying and should be removed from your header. Your logo does not reflect what your store sells. Other then that, I like your language icons and your menu setup. I think you need to redo your buttons and check for spelling errors such as previous >> previous http://templates.creativstudios.org/produc...?products_id=78 . I would also suggest buying a SSL certificate. Other then that I think you did a good job on the background of the page and overall layout. jonlai9
Sorry, I just find it quite funny that you're asking for feedback on your store that sells OScommerce templates... if you were professional enough to make templates for profit purposes, you shoudln't really need other's suggestions IMO. I think you should have theme above the thumbnails. Don't like clicking and wasting on a template that is not the theme I am interested in. Gil_e_n
Why do I get the feeling that the main motive behind this is to advertise your site to the best audience possible? I'm more amused than not by that though, so I'll comment anyway. Damnit, people, favicon. I can't keep track of tabs unless people use favicons. I'm a little more forgiving on websites for less technical stuff, but website design sites need to have favicons. Imho, at least. You forgot the l in details on your buttons. I'm not real fond of the scrolling header. It's a nice idea, but it just doesn't fit. The quality's too low, the movement is disctracting, and it seems awkwardly placed in the header. If you could find a way to integrate it thematically with the header, slow it down dramatically, and improve the quality, it might be very nice, though. "Art's" makes my inner grammar purist cringe. A) (Something)'s marks a possessive, not a plural, damnit. Except in rare cases where you're dealing with single letters, and there's a few other funky exceptions as I recall. But gah. Pet peeve there. B) Why are you attempting to make it plural, anyway? Art works perfectly well. Same problem with Kid's. (I winced typing that.) "Entretenimento" is showing on the English page. I'm assuming that's Portugese? The quality of your No Picture Available picture is incredibly low. Collum Controller? Your site really needs a thorough proof-reading. Also, the random Portugese is distracting. Or, in the Portugese section, the random English is distracting. It's very disconcerting to click on the Portugese language icon, and find half the page still in English. I'd name each of the templates something creative, rather than going with "osCommerce template #0000131". Templates are as much creativity as they are coding, and as such I kind of feel they should be named. Haven't filled in your Payment, privacy notice, conditions of use, or about us. Modules install is empty. Your product descriptions could use more detail. I'd make it possible for people to use Gimp to install your templates as well. Some of us aren't willing to shell out $400 for a graphics program, and aren't that fond of pirating. On the plus side, at least you do have an attractive layout. That's an absolute prerequisite for me to even consider looking around a website design site. Your site works even when I increase the font size a few times - that's rare enough that I appreciate it.
