donkeys Posted August 16, 2006 Share Posted August 16, 2006 Please help me, i need to backup my shop but i get the error Error: Backup directory is not writeable. I set the backups folder to:- catalog/admin/backups/ which is where the configure.php points to, and did chmod 775 in my ftp software and also tried 777 on the folder but im still getting the error. I believe im being hosted on a linux/unix system.
