ho0ber Posted August 16, 2006 Share Posted August 16, 2006 I apologize in advance if these topics have been covered, but my searches were getting me nowhere so I figure this post is justified. Issue 1: When orders are placed, they do not appear in the orders sub-section of the customers section of the admin interface. I get "Displaying 0 to 0 (of 0 orders)." I can, however, enter an order ID manually and be brought right to an order. Any ideas / fixes for this? I looked into the source, but I couldn't come up with a good reason for this to happen. Issue 2: My credit card order module stopped working. It was working, but out of nowhere auto-magically disabled itself. It still shows up in the admin interface and is enabled and such, but it is not listed as a payment option. Any ideas for this either? Thanks in advance for any support you can offer. We're having the same issue, however ours is a bit more critical as a customer has paid for the item and is awaiting shipment. For some reason they are to brain dead to send me the title and description of the item as requested. However, that is beside the point. We received the emails from our CC processor but unfortunately it does not carry over the details of the purchase, only that the credit card payment was cleared etc. We also are not receiving the order emails from our store. I checked and our email seems to be set up correctly. I going to do some email test, if anyone has any input please respond ASAP. update I think I found out the problem. When a customer pays with a CC it seems to move on to our secure payment site before confirming the order and once the item is paid for they are redirected to our other site as our CC processor (link Point). Link Point does not support multiple order confirmation pages. For some unknown reason. Thanks and sorry for the rushed, almost unreadable post but I'm freaking out over this.
