Banner and SSL page - Secure and unsecure items

Hi

Our site has an ssl cert, on the account pages we get the 'secure and unsecure items' popup, I think its down to the fact that we have a banner from another site in our footer.

How can I configure the store so that the banners dissapear on the secure pages?

Any help would be great, its quite urgent.

Works a treat, plus you can specify whether the banner opens to a _blank (new) window or to _self (itself). Very nice feature.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

The banners in question are not controlled by OSC banner manager, they are a javascript which imports the banners from another site.

Would this contrib still work?

I don't think so...this contrib adds the additional functionality through the OSC banner manager.

Ask the owners of the banners if you can copy them to your site's directory, then you won't need the http:// without the "nonsecure" items box.

Ask the owners of the banners if you can copy them to your site's directory, then you won't need the http:// to link to them. So you will be without the "nonsecure" items box.
