Header and Fotter not displaying?

My page seemed to work fine until i installed paypal pro payment module? Now my site doesn't show up right? I don't know what i did, i already tried to delte the payment module but still looks like this?

Thanks but what i actually did was reinstall my whole catalog now, its working but i think its becuase of my Paypal Contrubution when it happens will let ya know how it is going

Thanks i have my SSL cert setup with the forum that you gave me and my config files changed and my images are working, but i did a test to sign up and i get this now,

I have this is a dedicated server that i am working off of and the SSL is bought from them!! i did configure my config files wrong for the SSL but i just fixed them, now my pages are showing up right with my SSL but for some reason im getting the
